OUR CLASS, 2012

Room 6 is a great class of twenty-eight  years 5 and 6 students, all 9 and 10 year-olds. Our teacher is Mrs Adams.  Mr Bond is our music teacher and BWeBman (Mr Bailey) helps us with computer work.
Our class motto is ‘Best every single time,’ and we aim to be an awesome class of achievers who want to learn and produce A1 work
Planned highlights for this year are: camp at Bridge valley and we are fortunate to have a teacher who is willing to take us to camp. Athletics meeting, Gymnastics festival, Cross country, Winter sports tournament, and Rippa rugby.  We are also planning a class trip to Talleys Fisheries.

Most of us are involved with activities outside of school and these include music, horse riding, football, tennis, swimming, volleyball, art, rugby, going to the library, touch rugby, miniball, cricket, dancing and tennis and climbing and tramping

We all have individual special goals.  Here are some of them:
We are a most co-operative group and we set ourselves high standards of behaviour.  Our Year 6 students are showing good examples to the younger class members  Relievers enjoy teaching us and Mr Bailey is really looking forward to his weekly work here.  Our aim is to show A1 behaviour.
We like our classroom.  We  have ranch sliders to the deck, a data projector and an ActivBoard.  We have colourful displays of our work on the walls.

WE ARE SPECIAL BECAUSE:
  • we are all so different
  • we have several different teachers
  • we are nice to each other
  • we have a good teacher who cares about our progress
  • we give things a go.
We expect to have a happy and productive year.
